Primal Health Inflatable Tub – Residential Warranty Information

1. Warranty Coverage

This Limited Residential Warranty (“Warranty”) applies only to the Primal Health Inflatable Tub (“Tub”) purchased new by the original consumer from our authorized sales channels in the United States, including Amazon and our official Shopify store. This Warranty is for residential, non-commercial use only and is not transferable.

2. Warranty Period

We warrant the Tub to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase.

3. What Is Covered

Manufacturer Defects: Any defects in PVC material, seams, or valves present at delivery.

Functional Failures: Failures that prevent normal inflation or holding water under normal residential conditions.

4. What Is Not Covered

This Warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear, including minor cosmetic imperfections or fading.

Punctures, tears, abrasions, or other damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or external objects.

Damage caused by commercial, rental, or institutional use.

Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs, modifications, or installation not in accordance with product instructions.

Damage caused by accident, fire, flood, improper water chemistry, or acts of nature.

Consumable parts (filters, hoses, chemicals) unless defective at delivery.

5. Warranty Remedies

Repair or Replacement: At our discretion, we will repair or replace a defective Tub returned under this Warranty.

No Refunds Outside Return Window: Refunds are only available under our standard return policy.

Shipping Costs: We cover shipping for claims made within the first 60 days from purchase. After 60 days, customers are responsible for shipping the Tub to our facility. We cover the cost of shipping repaired/replacement items back to you.

Extended Coverage: Additional warranty coverage may be purchased by contacting our support team.

6. How to Make a Warranty Claim

Complete our online Warranty Claim Form or email our support team at [insert email].

Provide proof of purchase — Amazon order number or the email address used for Shopify orders.

We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide shipping instructions.

Upon receipt, we will inspect the Tub. Approved claims will be repaired or replaced as described above.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability under this Warranty is limited to the purchase price of the Tub. We are not responsible for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the Tub, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Governing Law and Arbitration

This Warranty is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Warranty shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Massachusetts under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. By purchasing this Tub, you agree to waive your right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

9. Implied Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any implied warranties (including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose) are limited in duration to the express Warranty period stated above.
