How to Submit a Warranty Claim
We want to make your warranty claim process as quick and hassle-free as possible. Follow the steps below to submit a claim for your Primal Health Inflatable Tub or Smart Chiller.
Step 1: Gather Your Information
Order Number – Amazon customers: locate your Amazon order number.
Email Address – Shopify customers: use the email address from your original order.
Proof of Purchase – Save your digital receipt or invoice.
Photos or Videos (Recommended) – Showing the defect can help us speed up your claim.
Step 2: Complete the Warranty Claim Form
Email your claim at andrew@marshalldistribution.com
Include your order number, contact information, and a description of the issue.
Step 3: Receive Your RMA & Shipping Instructions
Once we review your submission, we’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if your claim qualifies.
We’ll email you detailed shipping instructions.
Shipping Costs: If your claim is within the first 60 days from purchase, we’ll cover shipping both ways. After 60 days, you’ll cover shipping to our facility; we’ll cover shipping back to you.
Step 4: Send the Product to Us
Pack your product securely using the original packaging if possible.
Write your RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
Ship it according to the instructions provided.
Step 5: Inspection and Resolution
Once we receive your product, we’ll inspect it to confirm the defect.
If approved, we’ll repair or replace your product promptly.
We’ll notify you by email once your repaired or replacement unit ships back to you.
Important Notes
Products must be clean and dry before shipping to avoid delays.
Claims without proof of purchase cannot be processed.
Products returned without an RMA number may be refused.
