Cleaning Your Primal Plunge Air Tub

Proper care of your Primal Plunge Air Tub ensures optimal performance, comfort, and long-lasting water quality. Follow the steps below for routine upkeep
1. Filter Maintenance

Drain 25–50% of the existing water and refill with fresh, cold water. This helps keep the water fresh and removes a majority of the bacteria.

Another option is to use our Chemical Packs that we sell. When utilizing our water cleanser, you will only need to refill the tub about once a month.

2. Filter Maintenance

Drain the entire tub. Wipe down all surfaces with dish soap and a sponge. Ensure to clean all the cracks and crevices of any buildup. Rinse thoroughly with clean fresh water and refill the tub.

Important: Do not use harsh chemicals, bleach, or abrasive scrubbers, as these can damage the material and shorten the tub’s lifespan.
3. Filter Maintenance

The filter in the IceFlow chiller only needs to be cleaned once a month, usually during your monthly deep cleaning.

The filter can be washed in either a dishwasher or by hand with dish soap.

Replace the filter every 4-6 months to maintain freshness.
